The “Secret to Goal Achievement” series, modules 14-21, thoroughly tackles all the elements of setting, persevering, and achieving meaningful goals, despite any setbacks or obstacles:  Our patented SMARTER goal-setting method, developing a relentless work ethic, creating empowering habits, turning fear into power, stress management, self-discipline, and fostering a tenacious persistence!  Goal achievement mastery is critical for developing a sense of self-efficacy and confidence, especially during challenging and stressful moments.  Students will apply these skills to achieve a Power Goal ™, a meaningful goal that transforms your life dramatically and makes other goals easier to achieve.  Achieving this goal fortifies the belief that you can achieve any goal you set your mind to!

Module 16, students will explore exemplar role models of work ethic and interview some who exhibit such qualities in order to understand what drives work ethic, how to develop  and enable success in every area of their life.

 Module 18, It is time to face our fears!  In this module, students will explore the science of fear in order to explain how fears can fuel their success, why we have fears, how they develop, and how we can extinguish them.
