The Mindset Mastery SEL Curriculum ™ (MMC) is a hands-on, brain-based, and life-changing program for developing Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) skills that result in high levels of achievement in college, leadership, and life. The program is designed to help high school and college teachers and students master SEL by creating long-lasting empowering thoughts, beliefs, and habits that lead to success. With over 160 powerful hands-on multimedia lessons, an easy-to-use interface, little to no teacher prep time, multiple scaffolds for all learning differences, and intensive teacher training to ensure program success, teachers have all they need to develop their students’ SEL skills, as well as their own!

Our lessons and training go beyond teaching strategies and skills. We ensure long-term behavior change and SEL mastery by targeting beliefs, thinking patterns, and habits, the root of our emotions and behaviors! We employ CBT, NLP, ACT, neuroscience, and other evidence-based methods.

Our brain research-based training and lessons optimize student engagement, learning, and recall as students discover the content through kinesthetic inquiry adventures! Designed for busy educators, the program is easy to use with little to no prep needed! (CASEL-Aligned)
Access and Equity
All students and adults have equitable access to the content and skills, no what their learning differences may be. Our curriculum includes sentence frames, text-speech QR codes, explainer videos, and it is trauma-informed, culturally relevant, PBIS-supportive, and restorative practice-ready!

Our twenty-nine modules and over 160 lessons target all possible social and emotional learning skills.

Each module consists of 4-8 lessons complete with PowerPoint presentations, detailed lesson plans, posters, worksheets, graphic organizers, and hands-on inquiry exploration activities.

Each lesson is 40 minutes in length with extension activities and areas to cut for smaller class periods.
